Volunteer Group

TZA Volunteers are a group of people belonging to Twycross Zoo Association. We help at the zoo during weekends and Bank Holidays, working with customer services. This work entails working with the public rather than with the animals. We are responsible for running the Information Centre, taking tours round the Tropical House, manning the Zoo Centre, helping with the Christmas Grotto and any other event that the Zoo may be running.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer and are a Gold card holder, please contact Jo Ellis on info@twycrosszoo.org giving your home address and we will send you all the information.

Training is given at the beginning of the year and can continue 'on the job' if you join later in the year.
